Kelly Canady

Over the month of February, we received $750 from individuals and companies throughout the community, and Marcus contributed $250 of his own funds, bringing our fundraising total to $1000 for Mrs. Canady!

Marcus and Barbara, one of our board members, were excited to surprise her with the funds during a virtual check presentation.

Here are some of the items we purchased for Mrs. Canady and her students:

• A fully stocked classroom library of 40+ books, including such titles as Our Class is a Family, EllRay Jakes, and Rosie Revere, Engineer

• Various different art supplies, like easel pads, markers, and gel pens

• Liquid motion bubblers for sensory play

We're thrilled to have helped Mrs. Canady and her students, and we can't wait to learn more about all the great things they accomplish with their new classroom items!
